What to wear and bring

- T-shirt (rash guard, etc.) and shorts (surf pants, etc.) to wear over swimwear. If you are concerned about sunburn, long sleeves are recommended.

Useful things to have
- UV protection: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen
- anti-sickness medication if you are prone to get seasick.
- waterproof camera
- If you wear glasses, please attach a strap to prevent them from falling.
- If you wear contact lenses, we recommend disposable ones
- Plase sleep well and do not drink too much the day before.
- We can provide windbreakers and non-slip footwear, but we have a limited supply, so please bring your own.
